Description:
A logistics company specialized in delivery services is looking for a professional Supply Manager to join its team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in sourcing delivery drivers, managing their performance, and handling their financial matters.


Responsibilities:

Source and recruit delivery drivers in the required numbers and ensure continuous operations without any manpower shortage.

Build and develop relationships with driver sourcing channels (agencies, recruitment companies, labor sources).

Monitor drivers' quality and performance and improve their efficiency based on KPIs.

Manage drivers' financial matters: salaries, incentives, deductions, and dues, while ensuring accuracy.

Prepare regular reports and analyze performance and profitability data for each driver.

Ensure drivers' compliance with policies and procedures and resolve operational issues promptly.

Requirements:

Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or workforce management.

Good knowledge of delivery platforms, how drivers operate, and their financial accounts.

Strong team management and supplier negotiation skills.

Ability to analyze costs and profits and understand the details of drivers' financial transactions
.
Proficiency in Excel and report preparation.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Languages required: English and Urdu
