Description

Requirements:

Bachelor in Accounting/ Finance
Minimum 7+ experience as a Chief Accountant or similar role.



Financial Planning and Analysis:
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare accurate and timely management accounts and reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Coordinate and manage external audits.
Cash Flow Management:
Monitor cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.


Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor finance team members.
Oversee day-to-day financial operations and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.


Compliance and Controls:
Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Monitor and report on compliance with financial regulations and legal requirements/ ZATCA.


Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial management.
ERP: Odoo experience is preferable.
