A growing Contracting Company in Dammam, Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team.

πŸ”Ή Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Source manpower from manpower supply companies as per project requirements
β€’ Secure jobs and projects for the supplied manpower
β€’ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
β€’ Identify and bring new clients and projects to the company
β€’ Handle client communication, negotiations and business development
β€’ Follow up on project requirements, manpower deployment and payments
β€’ Contribute actively to the growth and expansion of the company

πŸ”Ή Requirements:
β€’ Previous experience in Contracting, Manpower Supply, Construction or related fields
β€’ Strong experience in manpower sourcing and securing projects
β€’ Good communication, negotiation and client-handling skills
β€’ Own car is mandatory
β€’ Must be hardworking, responsible and target-oriented
β€’ Candidates with an established network of clients and manpower suppliers will be given preference

πŸ’° Compensation:
First 3 Months:
➑️ Compensation will be 15% of the profit from the relevant invoices generated through the projects/clients secured by the Marketing Manager.
➑️ Payment will be made after the corresponding invoice payment is received from the client.

After Successful Completion of 3 Months:
➑️ Kafala/Sponsorship Transfer will be provided by the company.
➑️ Monthly Salary: SAR 5,000
