Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to take full charge of our online retail stores operating on Noon, Trendyol, and other marketplaces. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in managing store health, inventory, pricing, product hunting, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Management & Health: Manage day-to-day operations on Noon and other platforms, maintaining excellent account health, lowering return rates, and preventing item defects.
Product Hunting & Sourcing: Research, select, and list profitable products (home decor, storage solutions, and home items) with a strong focus on safe shipping and low-return potential.
Listing & Optimization: Create optimized product listings, manage descriptions, and handle inventory accurately.
Performance & Sales Growth: Drive marketing campaigns, monitor sales metrics, and implement strategies to scale store revenues safely.
Requirements:
Proven hands-on experience managing e-commerce stores (Noon or Amazon.sa is mandatory).
Deep understanding of KSA e-commerce logistics, warehouse requirements, and customer return reduction.
Ability to work independently, manage inventory handling, and coordinate with local logistics/team members in Riyadh.
Must be based in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama.
