Job Overview

Al-Azman Modern Co. is looking for an experienced MEP Manager with strong practical knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.

The candidate must be capable of managing, supervising, and coordinating all three disciplines, ensuring proper execution, coordination, quality, and timely completion of MEP works on site.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all MEP works on the project.
Have strong practical understanding of Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing systems.
Manage and coordinate Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, and Plumbing activities.
Coordinate MEP works with Civil and Architectural works.
Supervise subcontractors, engineers, technicians, and site teams.
Review drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
Monitor site execution and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with the consultant, client, subcontractors, and project team.
Identify and resolve technical issues and site problems.
Monitor materials, manpower, equipment, and work progress.
Ensure proper coordination between all MEP disciplines.
Follow up on testing, commissioning, inspections, and handover.
Monitor project schedules and ensure MEP works are completed on time.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in MEP construction projects.
Strong practical knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing systems.
Must be capable of managing all three disciplines, not specialized in only one.
Previous experience as an MEP Manager or in a similar management position.
Experience in construction projects in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
Strong leadership and site management skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Good command of English.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
Important Requirement

The candidate must be a true MEP Manager with practical understanding of Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing works and the ability to manage and coordinate all three disciplines effectively.

Candidates who are specialized in only one discipline without sufficient knowledge of the other MEP disciplines are not suitable for this position.
