Job Title: Bilingual Hotel Manager (Arabic & English)

Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Hotel Manager who is fluent in both Arabic and English to manage hotel operations and deliver excellent guest service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hospitality experience, and the ability to manage staff and daily operations professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily hotel operations
Supervise front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance teams
Ensure guest satisfaction and high service standards
Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
Manage budgets, reports, and operational targets
Recruit, train, and lead hotel staff

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards


Requirements:
Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership
Fluent in Arabic and English
Strong communication and leadership skills
Good knowledge of hotel systems and guest service operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


Preferred:
Hospitality degree/diploma
GCC hotel experience is an advantage
