HIRING – CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST / PURCHASING MANAGER

A growing company supplying construction materials to major Saudi government and national companies is looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist / Purchasing Manager based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Job Responsibilities

Source and purchase construction materials from local suppliers.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers in Riyadh.

Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate terms, and achieve competitive purchasing prices.

Find reliable suppliers and manufacturers according to project requirements.

Follow up on orders, deliveries, product quality, and payment terms.

Monitor local market prices and supplier availability.

Build and maintain a reliable supplier database.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in construction materials procurement in Saudi Arabia.

5+ years of experience in the Riyadh market is preferred.

Strong knowledge of the Riyadh construction materials market and local suppliers.

Existing supplier network and market contacts are highly preferred.

Experience with materials such as steel, pipes, cement, electrical materials, plumbing materials, fire-fighting materials, hardware, and finishing materials is an advantage.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Arabic and English are preferred; Chinese is an advantage.

Saudi driving license and the ability to visit suppliers and markets in Riyadh are preferred.
