Description

Strategic Contract & Commercial Leader with 33+ years of experience including 28 years in Middle East from 1996 to date delivering contract management, claims resolution, and commercial strategy across large-scale infrastructure and building projects in the Middle East and India.

Proven expertise in FIDIC-based contracts, variation management, dispute resolution, and cost optimization on mega projects including Riyadh Metro (USD 9.6B) and King Salman International Airport (SAR 2.1B) and T3, Abu Dhabi International Airport (1.5B UAE Dirham).

I graduated in 1991 as a civil engineer and registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers.

I am actively involved with all aspects of claim management with a comprehensive understanding of the processes involved, from initial assessment to final resolution.

Country Wise Experience for Claims & IPC Certification, Formation & compilation of Contract Documents and Close-out documents:

• Saudi Arabia – More than 15 Years’ Experience
• UAE (Abu Dhabi) – 4 Years’ Experience
• Kuwait – 8 Years’ Experience
• India – 6 Years’ Experience with Contractor.

I am available to review IPC, Claims, Variations, RFP, Sub-contract Agreement, Contract Amendment and formalize Change Orders.
