Description

Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years as a Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complete fit-out projects from mobilization through to successful handover.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all project activities to ensure completion within the approved time, cost, quality, and safety requirements.
- Manage site operations, engineering, procurement, production, subcontractors, and installation teams.
- Review and monitor project schedules, milestones, manpower, materials, and resources.
- Coordinate closely with the client, consultant, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and implement recovery measures where necessary.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress and performance reports.
- Manage variations, technical issues, claims, and commercial matters in coordination with the commercial team.
- Ensure quality standards and HSE requirements are strictly implemented.
- Lead inspections, snagging, testing, commissioning, and final project handover.
- Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
- Ensure effective coordination between design, procurement, manufacturing, and site installation activities.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in fit-out or interior construction.
- Proven experience managing large-scale hotel, hospitality, commercial, or high-end residential fit-out projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out, joinery, architectural finishes, FF&E, and construction activities.
- Strong leadership, project management, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of project schedules, budgets, contracts, quality, and HSE requirements.
- Experience working with consultants and international hospitality brands is an advantage.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Saudi Arabia/GCC construction projects are highly preferred.
