Location*: Amiral Project, Saudi Arabia (ARAMCO)

*Job Description*:

We are seeking an experienced *QC DC (Quality Control Document Controller)* to join our team for the *Amiral Project* in *Saudi Arabia*. This position will support the project’s quality management and documentation processes, ensuring that all documentation is compliant with ARAMCO's requirements and standards.

The *QC Document Controller* will be responsible for managing and controlling all project documentation related to quality control, ensuring smooth coordination and adherence to project timelines.

*Key Responsibilities*:

1. *Document Management*:
- Ensure that all project documentation related to Quality Control (QC), including technical documents, drawings, and reports, are properly controlled, filed, and easily accessible.
- Maintain the project’s document control system for quality-related documents.
- Ensure the submission and tracking of documents to ARAMCO and other stakeholders in accordance with project requirements.

2. *Quality Assurance*:
- Assist the Quality Control department in maintaining proper records of inspections, testing, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective actions.
- Ensure that all documents related to quality control (such as inspection and test plans, material certificates, and other quality documentation) comply with ARAMCO standards.
- Maintain and archive documents for easy retrieval during audits or inspections.

3. *Coordination and Communication*:
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, etc.) to ensure that all quality control documents are up-to-date and meet project requirements.
- Liaise with ARAMCO’s representatives for document submission, approval processes, and quality documentation queries.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling document submission for reviews and approvals as required by ARAMCO.

4. *Document Tracking & Reporting*:
- Track the status of all QC documents and ensure timely updates and approvals.
- Generate regular reports regarding the status of document submissions, reviews, and approvals for quality control documents.

5. *Compliance and Standards*:
- Ensure all documentation is in compliance with ARAMCO’s project and quality requirements.
- Implement and maintain document control procedures in accordance with industry best practices.
- Regularly audit document control processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality requirements.

6. *Archiving and Record Keeping*:
- Ensure proper archiving of all project documentation, ensuring records are kept for the required duration as per project and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of project documents.

*Qualifications & Experience*:

- *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
- *Experience*:
- Minimum of *5 years of experience* in document control, particularly in the oil and gas or construction industry.
- Experience working on *ARAMCO projects* or with other major energy companies is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in managing quality control documentation is required.
- *Skills*:
- Strong knowledge of *document control systems* (e.g., Aconex, Procore, or similar).
- Knowledge of *Saudi Aramco specifications* and standards is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

*Additional Requirements*:

- *Location: Position is based in **Amiral Project, Saudi Arabia*, and may require occasional travel to other sites within the region.
- *Language: Fluent in **English* (both written and spoken).
- *Computer Skills*: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and document management software.
