**Job Description**:
We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to drive business growth, manage client relationships, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure the smooth execution of various business initiatives. The ideal candidate must have strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Experience working with Aramco is a must.

### **Key Responsibilities**:

1. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners, with a focus on long-term collaboration.
2. Analyze market trends and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company goals.
3. Lead and participate in business negotiations, draft and review contract terms, and ensure agreements align with company interests.
4. Oversee the progress of business projects, coordinate internal resources, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
5. Prepare and manage the annual business budget, analyze performance metrics, and recommend improvements.
6. Monitor industry developments and provide market and competitor analysis to support company decision-making.

### **Qualifications**:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in business management or business development, with a strong background in dealing with Aramco projects and processes.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
4. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
5. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.
6. Proficient in using office software, with experience in data analysis and report writing.
