Key Responsibilities

* Manage multiple Telecom and Power Transmission projects from the Jeddah head office.
* Plan and coordinate manpower allocation between projects.
* Review and approve manpower, material, vehicle, and equipment requests before submission to management.
* Monitor project budgets and control operational costs.
* Coordinate procurement and logistics with the head office.
* Ensure daily and weekly progress reports are submitted accurately and on time.
* Monitor productivity, attendance, accommodation, transportation, and company assets.
* Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
* Identify project risks and provide practical solutions.
* Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, and project schedules.
* Report directly to the Managing Director.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 7 years of experience in Telecom, Power Transmission, or utility infrastructure projects.
* Previous experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong knowledge of project planning, manpower management, procurement coordination, and cost control.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
* Valid Saudi driving license.
* Available to travel to project sites when required.

Preferred Experience

* STC / Huawei / Nokia / Ericsson projects.
* SEC Power Transmission projects.
* L&T, Siemens, or similar EPC contractors.
* Experience with Excel, Microsoft Project, and project reporting.
