We are looking for an experienced Document Controller Manager (Filipino National) currently available in Saudi Arabia for immediate joining.

Document Controller Manager (Filipino National)



βœ… Key Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Filipino National (Mandatory).

Minimum 12–15 years of experience in document control,

Strong knowledge of document control procedures and ISO standards.

Hands-on experience with Aconex, Procore, EDMS, SharePoint, or similar document management systems.

Experience managing engineering drawings, technical submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, material submittals, transmittals, and project correspondence.

Ability to establish and maintain document control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

Excellent coordination skills with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

GCC experience with international contractors is highly preferred.

Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be given priority.
