Job Title: Project Manager – Civil & Mechanical Projects
Department: Projects
Location: Saudi Arabia
Reports To: General Manager / Operations Manager

Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully completing civil and mechanical construction projects while ensuring compliance with client requirements, quality standards, safety regulations, project schedules, and budgets. The role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and manage civil and mechanical construction projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved within the approved schedule.
Manage site teams, including engineers, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, applicable codes, and client standards.
Implement and maintain quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures.
Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies and Saudi safety regulations.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Review engineering drawings, material submittals, method statements, and work procedures.
Control project costs and optimize resources to maximize productivity.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, project forecasts, and management presentations.
Attend project meetings with clients and consultants and resolve technical and contractual issues.
Manage procurement coordination and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Support project commissioning, testing, handover, and close-out activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
PMP Certification is preferred.
Membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is an advantage.
Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
Experience
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in construction and industrial projects.
At least 5 years in a Project Manager role.
Experience managing both civil and mechanical works simultaneously.
Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Industrial, EPC, or Infrastructure projects.
Experience with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SEC, or other major industrial clients is highly preferred.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of civil and mechanical construction practices.
Proficiency in project planning using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
Good understanding of project cost control and budgeting.
Knowledge of contract administration and change management.
Familiarity with QA/QC standards and inspection procedures.
Strong understanding of HSE regulations and risk management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
