Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and providing accurate financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing.
Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and reconciliations.
Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.
Maintain and update accounting systems and software.
Provide support during audits and resolve any discrepancies.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
