Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-driven Business Head to establish and lead a new business vertical within our company. The candidate will have complete responsibility for business development, team building, execution, marketing, and overall profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute business strategy for the new division
• Lead end-to-end business development and client acquisition
• Recruit, train, and manage the complete team
• Oversee project execution, operations, and delivery
• Handle marketing strategy, branding, and market positioning
• Prepare budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability
• Report directly to top management with full P&L responsibility

Requirements:
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in a leadership role
• Proven experience in starting or scaling a business/unit
• Strong background in business development, operations, and team management
• Experience in construction, engineering, industrial services, or related sectors preferred
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
