We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Operations & Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily operations, logistics planning, fleet coordination, calibration service operations, supplier management, and customer support activities. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination between clients, field teams, laboratories, vendors, and management while driving operational efficiency and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor daily operations and logistics activities.
Plan and schedule calibration jobs, equipment mobilization, and technician assignments.
Manage fleet utilization, transportation schedules, and manpower deployment.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Track service requests, calibration schedules, equipment deliveries, and project deadlines.
Prepare operational reports, KPIs, job status reports, and performance metrics.
Ensure timely issuance and tracking of calibration certificates and service documentation.
Resolve operational and logistics challenges while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Monitor operational costs and identify process improvement opportunities.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, quality procedures, safety requirements, and company policies.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Fleet Management, or Service Coordination.
Previous experience in a Calibration Services Company is highly preferred.

Familiarity with calibration processes, testing laboratories, instrumentation, certification management, and technical service coordination.
Strong knowledge of transportation planning, logistics operations, and vendor management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and customer requirements simultaneously.
Valid Saudi driving license preferred.

Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama.
Experience in calibration, testing & inspection, industrial services, oil & gas, or engineering service industries.
Strong background in client coordination and operational planning.
South Indian candidates are preferred.
