Description

We are looking for experienced and responsible professionals to join our Fleet Operations Team.

📍 Positions Available

1. GPS Coordinator

Monitor fleet movement and GPS tracking systems.
Track vehicle locations, routes, and trip status.
Coordinate with drivers and operations teams.
Monitor delays, deviations, and vehicle activity.
Prepare daily GPS and fleet movement reports.
Escalate operational issues when required.

2. Fleet Operations Coordinator

Coordinate daily fleet operations and vehicle assignments.
Follow up with drivers regarding trips and schedules.
Monitor vehicle availability and operational status.
Coordinate with maintenance and other departments.
Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
Ensure smooth and timely fleet operations.

📌 Requirements
Previous experience in fleet operations, transportation, logistics, or GPS monitoring.
Good knowledge of fleet tracking/GPS systems.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Experience in Saudi Arabia's transportation/logistics sector is preferred.
