Mawared Alriyadah is seeking a skilled and driven Operations Manager to head our Facility Maintenance Department. This is a leadership role for an experienced professional with a strong engineering background and a solid track record in managing facility maintenance operations.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related)
-Minimum 5 years of experience in facility maintenance management
- Valid and transferable Iqama
- Valid Saudi driving license
- Prior work experience in any GCC country
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Based in Riyadh and ready to join immediately
- Willing to travel across KSA as required

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the Facility Maintenance Department
- Manage project operations, resources, and maintenance schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and client standards
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Prepare reports and operational strategies to optimize performance

Salary:
Starting from SAR 5,000 – Negotiable based on qualifications and experience
