4. Leadership skills to manage and supervise the working team
5. Ten years’ experience in maintenance of rotating equipment

Position: Millwright (Rotary Technician)
5–10 years’ experience as a Millwright (Rotary Technician)
• Responsible for installation, maintenance, overhauling, and repair of rotary equipment such as pumps & other rotary equipment to ensure maximum efficiency of operation.
• Install, align, and dismantle industrial machinery and mechanical equipment
• Inspect and troubleshoot machines, including pumps, conveyors, fans, and other rotary equipment
• Read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and manuals
• Operate hoists, cranes, and hand tools to move and adjust equipment
• Knowledge of how to fabricate and assemble components when needed
• Maintain documentation of repairs and maintenance work
• Work with engineers and supervisors to complete projects and repairs
Position: Rotary Equipment Engineer:
Key Responsibilities
A. Equipment Maintenance and Reliability
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for rotating equipment.
• Ensure the reliability and availability of pumps, compressors, turbines, blowers, fans, gearboxes, and other rotating machinery.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify potential failures at an early stage.
• Review equipment operating parameters, vibration levels, bearing temperatures, lubrication conditions, and mechanical seal performance.
• Develop maintenance strategies to reduce equipment downtime and improve operational efficiency.
B. Troubleshooting and Failure Analysis
• Diagnose mechanical problems such as excessive vibration, overheating, bearing failure, shaft misalignment, and seal leakage.
• Conduct root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Investigate recurring equipment failures and recommend long-term reliability improvements.
• Support emergency breakdown maintenance and equipment restoration.
C. Maintenance Planning and Execution
• Prepare maintenance work scopes, job plans, method statements, and technical procedures.
• Coordinate equipment overhauls, inspections, alignment, balancing, and commissioning activities.
• Supervise equipment dismantling, inspection, repair, reassembly, and performance testing.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance technicians, contractors, and other engineering disciplines.
• Support shutdowns, turnarounds, and major maintenance activities.
D. Technical Engineering and Documentation
• Review equipment datasheets, technical drawings, manuals, and maintenance history.
• Evaluate repair procedures, spare parts requirements, and vendor technical proposals.
• Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards, manufacturer recommendations, and site procedures.
• Maintain equipment records, failure reports, inspection reports, and maintenance documentation.
• Support equipment upgrades, modifications, and reliability improvement projects.
E. Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent engineering discipline.
• Knowledge of rotating equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, vibration analysis, and failure investigation.
• Familiarity with relevant API, ASME, ISO, and OEM standards, as applicable to the equipment.
Position: Senior Pump Technician
Overall Responsibility: To ensure that all assigned pumps are maintained, repaired, tested, and returned to service safely and reliably, in accordance with approved procedures, OEM specifications, and site requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on centrifugal, reciprocating, and positive displacement pumps.
• Replace defective components and ensure correct fitting and clearances according to OEM specifications.
• Check pump internal clearances, shaft runout, impeller condition, and bearing housing condition.
• Install and align pumps, motors, and associated rotating equipment.
• Perform shaft and coupling alignment using dial indicators or laser alignment tools.
• Lead and guide pump technicians and mechanical helpers during maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance supervisors, engineers, and other work groups.
• Review work orders, maintenance procedures, drawings, and equipment manuals.
• Ensure availability of tools, consumables, spare parts, and special equipment before starting work.
• Provide technical guidance to junior technicians and verify work quality.
Qualifications and Experience
• Technical diploma, ITI, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Typically, 10 years of relevant industrial pump maintenance experience, depending on project requirements.
