Construction & Services Sector Saudi Arabia

📍 Location: Saudi Arabia
💼 Position: Operations Manager – Construction & Services
🕒 Employment: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and develop construction, contracting, maintenance, and service operations across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage multiple projects, sites, manpower, subcontractors, and operational resources.
* Monitor project schedules, budgets, costs, quality, and HSE requirements.
* Lead project managers, supervisors, technicians, and labor teams.
* Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, procurement, logistics, and site mobilization teams.
* Manage BOQs, RFQs, tenders, quotations, contracts, POs, and variation orders.
* Monitor productivity, profitability, manpower utilization, and operational KPIs.
* Prepare regular operational and management reports.
* Support new project mobilization, contract renewals, and business development initiatives.

Requirements

* 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, project management, construction, contracting, maintenance, FM, industrial, or technical services.
* Saudi/GCC experience preferred.
* Strong knowledge of project management, cost control, procurement, contracts, HSE, and QA/QC.
* Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, or ERP systems is an advantage.
* Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic, and Hindi.
* Saudi driving licence is preferred.
* Strong leadership, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Proven experience managing multiple sites and teams.
* Experience in project mobilization, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
* Strong client relationship and contract management skills.
* Ability to manage operational costs and improve contract profitability.
