Position: Cost & Estimation Engineer

Experience: 7–10 years in a relevant field, with an in-depth understanding of local construction market.

Availability: Immediate

Qualification: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering

📍Location :- Riyadh

Industry Focus :- Contracting MEP
Job Summary: -
• Preparation of BOQ
• Technical review of drawings
• Preparing and submitting quotations and details of costs for work to be done.
• Monitoring the costs at the different stages of a project to ensure it stays within the estimated cost
• Bids for new contracts and supporting the activities of buyers
• Researching the cost of items such as Materials, Transport, Labor, and Equipment
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with Clients/contractors and Vendors
• Cost-effective Proposals
• Maintain Supplier's Log
• Maintainthe Material log sheet
• Cost & Estimation log sheet with expenses
