Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Mechanical BIM Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates who are currently available in Saudi Arabia and can join immediately are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage mechanical BIM models for HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
Prepare coordinated 3D models, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
Perform clash detection and coordination with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines.
Work with Revit MEP, Navisworks, and other relevant BIM software.
Ensure models and drawings comply with project specifications and applicable standards.
Coordinate with project teams to resolve technical issues and meet project deadlines.

Requirements

Relevant degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Proven experience as a Mechanical BIM Engineer.
Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks.
Experience in MEP modeling, coordination, and shop drawing preparation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Candidates currently based in Riyadh or elsewhere in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
Immediate availability is a strong advantage.
