Description

A Hospitality Group in Al Khobar KSA is looking for Operations Manager role candidate who have 10 years of experience & 2+ years of experience as Manager or Higher will be contacted.

Job-Related Responsibilities

1. Catering Activations: Planning and implementing special events or pop-up catering to elevate the brand experience. This includes menu customization, creating engaging themes, and coordinating with vendors.
2. Events Activation: Activating marketing campaigns around events to ensure maximum attendance, engagement, and customer experience. Could involve influencer marketing, partnerships, and experiential marketing.
3. Marketing & Red Days Calendar: A calendar that aligns marketing efforts with important dates (like holidays or promotional events). Ensures that all marketing initiatives are timely and aligned with the audience’s expectations.
4. Openings: Planning and executing the launch of new venues, restaurants, or event spaces. This includes promotions, VIP events, staff training, and media coverage.
5. Recipe Consistency: Ensuring that food and beverages are consistently prepared according to the established recipes or standards. Focus on quality control, portion size, and taste consistency.
6. Service Standards: Defining and upholding a high standard of service in customer interactions. Includes timely service, professional behavior, and exceeding customer expectations.
7. SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) Update: Regular review and update of internal processes to reflect industry standards, legal requirements, and company goals. Ensures consistency and efficiency across operations.

8. Staff Renewals and Internal Hirings: Internal hiring programs for promotions or reassignments to optimize team performance. Includes employee retention strategies, career development, and succession planning.
9. Staff Rota’s: Scheduling staff shifts in a way that meets operational needs without overburdening employees. Balancing workload, ensuring appropriate coverage, and promoting work-life balance.
10. Staff Training at Arrival: Onboarding and initial training for new staff to ensure they understand service standards, policies, and job expectations. May include both theoretical and practical components of training.
11. Staff Yearly Plan: Long-term planning for employee development, career paths, and performance evaluations. Could also include annual goals, promotions, and training milestones.
12. Vacation Plan: Managing staff vacations to ensure smooth operations and avoid scheduling conflicts. Plan for holiday coverage, peak seasons, and backup staffing.
13. Venues Look & Feel – The Walks: Regular walkthroughs of event or restaurant venues to maintain aesthetics, cleanliness, and ambiance.
