We're Hiring: Site Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our WS1 & WS3 pilot facilities.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Overall management of WS1 & WS3 pilot facility operations.
Coordination with KAUST and other project stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company policies.
Prepare and submit daily operational reports.
Supervise manpower and manage workforce scheduling.
Make technical and operational decisions to ensure smooth plant performance.
Monitor and improve overall operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Process Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial plant operations.
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in pilot plants or process industries will be an added advantage.
