Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Draftsman with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and layouts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed MEP drawings and schematics using CAD software.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements.
- Review and modify drawings based on feedback and project needs.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all drawings and revisions.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in MEP drafting.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and components.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Requirements:
- Local residents only.
- Relevant degree or certification in drafting or engineering is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
