Architectural & Civil Draftsman (Dual Role)

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Architectural & Civil Draftsman / BIM Modeler capable of handling both architectural and structural/civil drafting responsibilities in a unified role. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, Revit Structure, and BIM coordination workflows. You will be responsible for producing comprehensive architectural floor plans, elevations, sections, detailed civil/structural drawings, reinforcement details, and 3D BIM models while coordinating seamlessly with MEP engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop complete Architectural shop drawings (floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, door/window schedules, and finishing details) using AutoCAD and Revit Architecture.
• Prepare Civil and Structural drawings (foundation layouts, column/beam detailing, slab reinforcement drawings, framing plans, and site utility layout plans) using AutoCAD and Revit Structure.
• Build integrated 3D BIM models combining architectural, civil, and structural disciplines adhering to project BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Perform spatial coordination and clash detection between Architectural/Civil models and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) services using Navisworks Manage.
• Extract Quantity Take-Offs (QTO), Schedule of Finishes, and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) directly from Revit and CAD models.
• Update and modify architectural and structural drawings based on site redline markups, consultant recommendations, and municipal/SBC code requirements.
• Prepare accurate As-Built drawings for architectural and civil works prior to final project handover.

Required Qualifications & Technical Skills

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Civil/Architectural Drafting.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of combined experience working on both Architectural and Civil/Structural drafting projects in KSA or GCC.
• Software Proficiency: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D), Revit Architecture, Revit Structure, Navisworks Manage, and MS Office.
• BIM Competency: Strong knowledge of BIM workflows, parametric family creation, level of detail (LOD 300 to 400), and multi-disciplinary model coordination.
• Technical Knowledge: Thorough understanding of Saudi Building Code (SBC), structural concrete detailing, architectural finishing standards, and site execution methods.
• Language: Good command of written and spoken English.

Mandatory Hiring Criteria
• Location Requirement: Must be CURRENTLY residing in Dammam or Khobar ONLY.
• Iqama Status: Valid and TRANSFERABLE Iqama is an absolute MANDATORY condition.
• Availability: Must be ready for IMMEDIATE joining / transfer.
• Nationality: Indian or Pakistani national.
• Quantity Required: 1 Position (Combined Dual Architectural & Civil Role).

Only candidates who are currently residing in Dammam or Khobar, holding a valid transferable Iqama, available to join immediately, and meet the nationality preference (Indian / Pakistani) will be considered.
