Description

High skilled and experienced Drafteman - profession in Auto Cad & Revit, specialize in HVAC, Firefighting & Plumbing
Responsibilities: - preparing the precise 2D construction drawing , 3D BIM model, coordination drawing and shop drawing adhering to project specification, local codes and international engineering standard .
Perform special coordination and clash detection between Mechanical, electrical , plumbing and archetectural/ structural models using Naviwork and Revit.
Extract bill of quantities material take - off, and fabrication drawings directly from Auto Cad & Revit.
Revise and update design drawings based on site condition, engineer markup & condultant comments.
Prepare as built drawings upon project completion incorporating site up dates.
Ensure compliance with Saudi building code, KSA civil defence requirements & international standard.
Collaborate closely with project engineer , site supervisors, and other drafting disiplines to ensure smooth workfolw execution .
Required Qualification & Technical Skill:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical engineering / Drfting
Exp. 3- 5 experience on hand MEP within Saudi Arabia OR GCC.
Software Mastery: Advanced proficieny in Auto Cad ( 2D/ 3D) , Revit MEP and MS Office/
Technical knowledge: Strong understanding HVAC duct sizing, chilled water piping , plumbing Hydraulics and Firfighting pipe routing.
Language: good command of spoken and written English
