Description

Seeking dedecated and experienced Electrical Draftsman/ BIM Modler profission in Auto Cad & Revit, responsible for producing accurate 2D electrical shop drawings, 3D Revit model, single line diagrams, contaiment layout, lighting/ power plans, and law current system model( FA, CCTV,Data).
Key reponsibilties & Duties:
Prepare comperhensvie Auto Cad shop drawings and 3DRevit models for electrical low voltage, lightings. power, cable tray, and containment system.
Develop details drwaings for low current system including fire Alarm, CCTV , Access control, public address, Date / telcom, and BMS.
Generate and update single line diagram, panel board schedules, and load schedules.
Perform clash detection and spatial coordination with Mechanical and civil / structural elements using Revit and naviworks.
Prepare materials take - off (BOQ), conduit run schedules and installation details drwaings.
Incorporate consultant review comments. site redline markups,and construtability adjustment efficiently
Produce final accurate Asbuit-drwaings for Client handoverin accordance with SEC and project standards.
Qualification Required: Diploma or Degree in Electrical engineering/ Drafting, 3 - 5 years experience in electrical drafting and BIM molding for commercial , residential, and industrial projects KSA, GCC.
Software mastery : Expert skill in Auto Cad , Revit electrical /MEP, Naviworks,& microsoft office.
Technical knowledge: Clear understanding of cable tray sizing, contaiment routing, single line diagram
and lighting/ power layout standards
Profeicent in Language ( communication and technical writing)
