Required Civil Quantity Surveyor- Riyadh

Job Descriptions
1. Measuring and take-offs of quantities for All Civil Items.
2. Make unit price analysis for each job in the field.
3. Make Bill of Quantity (BoQ) calculations and Cost Budget Plan.
4. Calculate the material requirements needed for each work item.
5. Calculate the volume of work that has been carried out and the remaining work that has
not been carried out.
6. Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure and accurate and timely
deliverable.
7. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.
8. Prepare subcontractors’ and clients’ invoices, and coordinate with relevant
departments/personnel to obtain or provide the needed data (g. quantity take-offs) for
correct and accurate charge of payment amounts and/or for issuing the invoices.
9. Write and submit a report, whenever required.


Qualifications
1. In Riyadh and has transferable Iqama
2. Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering.
3. Minimum 10 years experience as a QS in the construction field .
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Have skills regarding Excel, AutoCAD
