Description

Seekig a vertasile and detail orientated Architectural & Civil Draftsman/BIM modeler capable to handle
both architectural and structural /civil drafting responcipilities in unified role, the ideal candidate must be highly profession in Auto Cad, Revit architecture, Revit structure, and BIM coordination workfolws. Will be responsible for producing comperhencive architectural floor plans, elevations. sections, detailed civil/ structural drawing , reinforcement details, and 3D BIM models.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop complete Architectural shop drawings( floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevation, sections, door/ window schedules and finishing details) using Auto Cad And Rvit Architecture.
Prepare civil and structural drawings ( foundation layouts,column.beam detailing, slab reinforcement drwaings, framing plans and site utility layout plans) using Auto Cad & Revit structure.
Build integrated 3D BIM models combining aechitectural, civil and structural desciplines adhering to the project BIM execution Plans ( BEP)
Perform special coordination and clash detection between Architectural/ civil model and MEP ( mechanical , electrical , plumbing) services using naviworks Manage.
Extract quantity take -off, schedule of finishes, and Bar pending schedules ( BBS) directly from Revit and CAD models.
Update and modify architectural and structural drwaing based on site redline markups,consultant recommendations, and muncipal /SBC code requirements.
Preparing accurate AS Built drwaings for architectural and Civil work perior to final project handover.
Qualification Required: Diploma or Degree in civil engineering, Architecture, OR Civil / Architecture Drafting, Experience 3 - 5 years of combined experience on both Architectural and Civil/ structural drafting projects in KSA OR GCC.
Language: Good command of written and spoken.
Technical Knowledge: Thorought understanding of Saudi Building code, structure concreate detailing , architectural finishing standard, and site execution methods
