Description

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Restaurant Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to enhance the customer experience while ensuring smooth restaurant operations. This role involves continuous interaction with both staff and customers to ensure the highest levels of service and quality.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff, inventory, and sales.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and increase revenue.
Monitor and analyze performance reports, including revenue and expenses.
Supervise, train, and develop the team to ensure adherence to high service standards.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure complete satisfaction.
Coordinate with suppliers and distributors to ensure the availability of necessary materials and ingredients.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Prepare and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and make quick, effective decisions.
Excellent communication skills in both Turkish and English (Arabic is a plus).
In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and health and safety standards.
