We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with 10-12 years of experience in industrial engineering and a strong ability to navigate multi-discipline projects. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing complex projects, and building lasting client relationships within a diverse engineering landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

~ Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth across industrial engineering and multi-discipline projects.
~ Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, proposal development, and securing new contracts.
~ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, project managers, engineers, and industry partners.
~ Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, understand client needs, and assess competitive positioning.
~ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between business development efforts and project delivery.
~ Monitor and report on business development performance, including project outcomes and key performance metrics.

Qualifications:

~ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
~ 10-12 years of experience in business development, with a strong background in industrial engineering and experience managing multi-discipline projects.
~ Proven track record of success in securing and managing complex projects across various engineering disciplines.
~ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
~ Proficiency in CRM software and business development tools.
~ Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
