We are a Interior / Fitout based in the Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with operations spanning over 2 decades in the local as well as other markets in the GCC region, specialized in Interior Decoration and fitout works. As an ambitious organization with a strong brand recognition within the construction industry, we have now ventured into the field of Interior Design & Contracting aiming at the premium segment of Entertainment Areas Fitout Works. We are in search of an ambitious and passionate Project Manager to oversee the entire project management operation of these newly signed Fit-out projects.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing Interior Fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Job Responsibilities:

? Oversee and manage fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, regulatory/statutory requirements and quality standards

? Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget

? Ensure all project activities are executed according to the plan

? Be the focal points for project execution, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among all (internal) team members

? Act as the main point of contact for clients when it comes to technical matters, understanding their needs and expectations, providing regular updates, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction

? Monitor project progress and quality, conducting regular site inspections and resolving any issues that arise to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards

? Track expenses and ensure cost-effective project delivery

? Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success

? Manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services

? Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and other necessary records

Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree in Arch / Civil Engineering (mandatory)

? At least 10 + years experience in working at a reputed Interior Fit-out firm

? MSP/Primavera 6 knowledge (Mandatory)

? Strong understanding of interior design principles, construction processes, and project management concepts

? Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

? Hands on Experience in AutoCad

? Holder of a valid KSA's Driving Licence and in possession of a vehicle.

? In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

? Proficient in project management softwares(MSP & Primvera 6)

? Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
