Welfare Manager
One the Leading Group of Company in Saudi Arabia is looking Welfare Manager immediately

Title / Position: Welfare Manager
Job Description:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive employee welfare programs and initiatives.
2. Manage and monitor employee wellness benefits such as health, dental, and vision care.
3. Identify and address all employees' concerns related to welfare, including health and safety issues.
Academic Qualification:
• BSc/BA in any related field.
Training and Certifications:
• ISO 45001 / 14001 Lead Auditor is preferred.
• Certification in welfare management / social welfare is preferred

7+ Years of proven Experience in Welfare management filed.
• At least 3+ years in managerial position
• Experience in setting welfare requirements according legal and client requirements
