Job Title: Senior IT Repair and Manufacturing Technician

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Technicians with at least 7 years of experience in the diagnosis and repair of IoT and electronic devices, as well as multilayer printed circuit boards. The ideal candidate will have a computer engineering or equivalent degree and possess excellent firmware and hardware experience. In addition, the candidate should have excellent communication skills, knowledge of industrial standards and procedures, and have a transferable iqama for immediate hire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of IoT and electronic devices, including but not limited to: servers, desktops, routers, CCTV, projectors, laptops, tablets, smartphones, and and other devices
• Troubleshoot and repair multilayer printed circuit boards to component level
• Install and configure network devices, including switches, routers, and firewalls
• Production of Cable Harnesses
Troubleshoot network issues and perform network diagnostics
• Provide technical support for audio-visual equipment and conference room setups
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including firmware updates
• Provide technical support to end-users, including remote support
• Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets
• Provide recommendations for hardware and software upgrades
• Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and service calls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues
• Maintain knowledge of industry standards and procedures
• Provide training and support to junior technicians as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent field
• At least 7 years of experience in the diagnosis and repair of IoT and electronic devices, as well as multilayer printed circuit boards
• Excellent firmware and hardware experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of industrial standards and procedures
• Transferable iqama for immediate hire
Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with enterprise-level hardware and software systems
• Experience with network infrastructure and security
• Certifications such as A+, Network+, and CCNA are a plus
