Description

Our organization is looking for an experienced HVAC Supervisor to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

Position: HVAC Supervisor
Location: Dammam/Khobar/AlAhsa / Eastern Province

Requirements:

* Minimum 7-10 years of HVAC experience
* Strong knowledge of AC installation, maintenance, troubleshooting & commissioning
* Experience with Chilled Water, FCU, AHU, VRF/VRV and ducting systems
* Ability to supervise technicians and manage site activities
* Ability to read HVAC drawings and specifications
* Knowledge of testing & commissioning is an advantage
* Good communication and leadership skills
* Valid Saudi residency / transferable Iqama preferred

Responsibilities:

* Supervise HVAC technicians and daily site activities
* Ensure proper installation and maintenance of HVAC systems
* Troubleshoot HVAC problems and coordinate repairs
* Monitor work quality and project progress
* Conduct testing & commissioning activities
* Coordinate with engineers, clients and other site teams
* Ensure safety procedures are followed
