Serve Point Restaurant is expanding its team and looking for experienced, professional and hardworking candidates for the following positions:

🔴 1. RESTAURANT OPERATIONS MANAGER
• 10+ years restaurant experience
• Strong track record in increasing sales & profitability
• Able to manage complete restaurant operations
• Staff training, leadership & performance management
• Inventory, purchasing & cost/expense control
• Sales forecasting, planning & execution
• KPI & performance monitoring
• Arabic & English required
• Must be able to work under pressure and deliver results

🔥 2. MASTER GRILL / TURKISH CHEF
• Expert in BBQ, charcoal & different grilling techniques
• Strong Turkish grill experience
• Adana, Shish Kebab, Kofta, Tawook & mixed grills
• Meat preparation, marination & seasoning
• Able to prepare appetizers & starters
• Strong food presentation & portion control

🍗 3. BROAST & SHAWAYA CHEF
• Expert in crispy Broast
• Must know Shami Shawaya / grilled chicken
• Strong chicken marination & frying skills
• Expert in sauces, dips & dressings
• Good knowledge of seasoning & marinades
• Consistent taste, quality & presentation

👨‍🍳 4. PROFESSIONAL WAITERS
• Arabic & English speaking
• High-end restaurant experience preferred
• Professional, polite & well-presented
• Excellent customer-service & communication skills
• Good menu knowledge & accurate order taking
• Professional table service
• Able to handle customers and complaints professionally

📱 5. SOCIAL MEDIA HANDLER & CONTENT CREATOR
• Manage Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat & other platforms
• Create Reels, videos, photos & stories
• Food & restaurant photography/video content
• Content planning & monthly content calendar
• Write engaging captions & promotional content
• Manage posting, engagement & customer messages
• Create campaigns to increase reach and customer visits
• Experience with CapCut, Canva or similar tools preferred
• Restaurant/food content experience is an advantage
