A well-established construction company in the Oil & Gas sector is looking for an experienced professional to join its team.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Camp Boss/Supervisor in a reputable construction company.
Proven experience managing a camp with 500+ personnel/residents.
Thorough knowledge of camp administration and operations.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office & Outlook.
Good English communication skills.
Transferable Iqama is mandatory.
Available to join immediately.

Manage daily camp administration and operations.
Supervise camp facilities, services and general maintenance.
Coordinate accommodation and camp-related requirements.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and overall camp standards.
Coordinate with site management, HR, housekeeping, catering and maintenance teams.
Maintain proper records, reports and camp documentation.
Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day camp operations.
