Description

• Maintain software (ZOHO BOOKS) (Can provide training for the software) with accurately
inventory
recoding and verify with sales team
• Maintain payments, receivables and petty cash management.
• Verify Sales, sales return, daily deposits, inventory follow up and cash flow
• Maintain Aging report
• Follow up on receivables and create deadlines for sales team for the collection strictly.
• Preparing accurate financial accounts and solve all previous accounting errors.
• Well-versed with accounting package such as ZOHO BOOKS,
• ODOO and MS Office applications.
• Maintaining records of existing fixed assets, recording depreciation, and accounting for the disposition of fixed assets.
• Obtained comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the entire flow of business operations, calculating profit and losses and their documentation requirement and subsequent accounting and reporting.
• Preparing ledger entries with earnings and deductions.
Calculating salaries, overtime earnings, and vacation deductions.
