Description

We are looking for an accountant with at least 4 to 5 years’ experience in KSA with reasonable Salary Package and other facilities. Timely increment based on employee performance.

Job Location : - Ras Al Khair (KSA) Aramco Project

Candidate must have valid & transferable Iqama.


Role and Responsibilities
Responsible for all Accounts payable activities and transactions / monitoring all transactions related to company purchases.

1.Manage the full account payable cycle from receipt of invoices to payment; matching purchase orders, obtaining approval, and entering the invoices into accounting software.
2.Process employee expenses.
3.Coordination and preparations of payments (bank transfer, checks) and booking of these transactions invoices into accounting software.
4.Ensure all accounts payable policies and procedures are adhered to including travel and related expenses, vendor approval and invoice processing.
5.Monthly reconciliation of vendor accounts and bank accounts.
6.Preparation of Monthly VAT reports.
7.Assist team with gathering support for all audits, including pulling documentation.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
1.Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
2.Very good knowledge of spoken and written English as well as Arabic.
3.Structured way of working, confident manner and ability to compromise.
4.Builds productive relationships with coworkers and supervisor
5.Sense of urgency and attention to deadlines and details; committed to excellence and understands how daily work impacts the company.
