Job Title: Admin Accountant

Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Admin Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general accounting, as well as experience in managing government documents and general tenders.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Assist with budget preparation and monitoring, ensuring compliance with financial regulations
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits and tax purposes
• Manage government documents such as tax filings, legal documents, and other regulatory requirements
• Prepare and submit tenders, ensuring compliance with procurement regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support for business decisions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in general accounting and government document management
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Smack
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
