Description

 Checks, prepares and ascertains that all PO and non-PO purchases for processing has
complete attachments, reconciled amounts and within the approved budget
 Prepares disbursement vouchers for PO and non-PO purchases including wire transfers.
 Maintains an up-to-date subsidiary record of all accounts payable, trade and non-trade, and
prepares reconciliation of subsidiary accounts with accounts payable monthly.
 Prepares disbursement and payable report monthly as required.
 Reconciles ledger balance with related companies (Subsidiaries and Associates)
 Performs VAT Filing and ascertains its completeness and that all are submitted on time.
 Prepares journal vouchers affecting accounts payable for the senior accountant/finance
controller’s approval.
 Prepares statement of accounts for all reimbursable expenses incurred by the company on
behalf of an affiliate company and/or associate of the company.
 Verifies associates liquidation and/or reimbursement report as to completeness and
correctness.
 Handles Petty Cash Fund
 Performs Bank Reconciliation
 Monitors Advances to Suppliers are closed and liquidated on time with all the required
documentations
 Liaises for administrative finance and accounting related functions
 Administrative and clerical works for finance and accounting related functions such as filing of
 Disbursement and Journal Vouchers/ Scanning and Archiving
