• Take an active approach towards identifying new opportunities
• Complete construction bids and monitor and manage bid activity
• Coordinate and assist in the proposal process
• Build a construction proposal template library that can be used by the entire sales department
• Convince prospects and current customers to buy-in
• Identify market opportunities
• Create development plans and growth projects
• Develops and maintains relationships with clients.
• Develop sales forecasts with probability percentages and pipeline status updates
• Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
• Develop proposals that speak to client s needs, concerns, and objectives while maintaining company profitability.
• Assess wins and losses to impact future selling strategies
• Manage the on time and on budget delivery for project sold.
• Responsible for project, contact and negotiation work.
• Responsible for project claim work and collect claim data
• Develop the local market and assist the company in the quotation and tender work.
• Participate in and actively support company initiatives.
• Prepare pre-qualification for new project.
• Research project contracts, Assist the project manager to negotiate and communicate with the client and joint venture to solve problems in contract performance.
• Organize and participate in the drafting, negotiation and review of various economic contracts of the project.
• Familiar with the Saudi Govt. laws, regulations and policies of the local project operation.

• All other duties as relevant to the allotted job.

Basic Qualifications :

• BE / BTech. Degree

• 10 years of project & business development experience

• Perfect team organization and communication skills

• Proficient in English and Arabic languages

• Experience of dealing with JV Teams
