Description

Nexacon Company is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead our fit-out and interior projects from start to handover.

📍 Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
🕒 Type: Full-time, On-site
📅 Start Date: Immediate joining, from 10 November 2026
💼 Experience: 5+ years in fit-out / interior works

What you’ll do

Supervise daily site activities for commercial, retail, office and residential fit-out projects
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, foremen and labor teams
Read and execute shop drawings, IFC drawings and material specifications
Oversee work in gypsum, partitions, ceilings, joinery, flooring, painting, and finishes
Coordinate with MEP teams to keep work on schedule
Monitor quality, safety (HSE), and progress, and send daily and weekly reports
Handle snagging, de-snagging and final handover to the client

What we’re looking for

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on fit-out projects, ideally in KSA
Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials and methods
Ability to read technical drawings (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus)
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Valid Saudi driving license
Transferable Iqama preferred
Available to join immediately
