Description


An esteemed leading Contracting Company is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our EPC Division. The selected candidate will be based in Riyadh and will cover clients and projects across Central and Eastern Region.

Educational Qualification
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civi/Mechanical/Electrical), Business Administration, or a related discipline

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of GCC/KSA experience in business development or sales within EPC, MEP contracting
• Proven track record of securing projects with government entities, developers, main contractors, and consultants
• Strong network within the Saudi construction and industrial sectors
• Experience in identifying tenders, prequalification, client registration (vendor lists), and following up on bids through to award
• Ability to read and understand technical specifications, BOQs, and tender documents, and to coordinate with estimation and engineering teams
• Familiarity with Etimad and other Saudi procurement platforms is an advantage
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Transferable Iqama with a minimum validity of 3 months
• Valid Saudi Driving License is required
• Good command of English and Arabic (Arabic is highly preferred)
