RETAIL SALES EXECUTIVE – HARDWARE, TOOLS & SAFETY ITEMS

Location: Saudi Arabia Jubail
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Retail Sales Executive to join our team at a hardware, tools and safety materials retail shop.

# Job Responsibilities:

Handle daily retail sales and customer inquiries.

Prepare sales invoices, quotations and purchase orders.

Operate billing and accounting software.

Maintain sales records and reports using MS Excel.

Handle cash and billing transactions.

Assist customers in selecting hardware, tools, PPE and safety products.

Maintain good customer relationships and shop coordination.

# Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware, tools or safety materials retail sales.

Good knowledge of billing and accounting software.

Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

Ability to prepare invoices, quotations and other sales documents independently.

Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Language Requirements:

English

Hindi

Arabic

Malayalam
