We are Tahweel Integrated Company, located in Rabigh, and we are looking for a Junior Mechanical Supervisor who meets the following requirements:

Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Required Nationality:Indian,Pakistan or Bangladesh

Accountabilities:

• Assign the maintenance team to the daily action plan to ensure the efficiency of execution.
• Execute and supervise the preventive and corrective maintenance plans for the equipment according to the agreed schedule.
• Execute the urgent maintenance efficiently to reduce the downtime.
• Ensure the availability of the maintenance requirements to apply the preventive maintenance in coordination with the production team.
• Document the maintenance activities to maintain active records for each machine.
• Conduct internal inspections to ensure that the work complies with total quality management and ISO standards.
• Inspect all service areas, including workshops, chiller stations, and compressor stations, to ensure there are no malfunctions.
• Review the quality of the previous day's maintenance activities to ensure they meet the required standards.
• Review the occupational health and safety reports for unsafe behaviours and conditions and work to resolve them.
• Review the mechanical maintenance quality issues (Non-Conformance Reports) and suggest corrective actions when needed.
• Review the warehouse stock and report shortages to ensure the maintenance operations are not interrupted.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environment regulations and that workers apply the approved standards in the workplace.

Skills and Abilities

• Guide and develop the technicians and identify their on-the-job training needs.

• Expertise in water pump maintenance.
• Proficiency in maintaining pneumatic and hydraulic circuits.
• Expertise in air compressor and chiller maintenance.
• Proficiency in maintaining large gearboxes and large motors.
• Full knowledge of the various types of special motors.
• Interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Time management, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• MS Office and ERP systems
