Description

Position: Senior Material Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the complete material lifecycle for offshore structural, piping, and mechanical fabrication/erection works.

Coordinate material receiving, inspection, storage, traceability, and material test reports (MTR/MTC) compliance.

Plan and execute material dispatch, staging, and loadout for offshore barges and vessel shipments.

Interface with procurement, QA/QC, engineering, and client representatives to resolve material discrepancies and shortages.

Maintain complete inventory records, MTO tracking, and material control logs as per project specifications.

Requirements & Qualifications:

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Minimum 5+ years of dedicated OFFSHORE oil & gas / structural fabrication experience as a Material Coordinator. (Candidates without offshore experience will strictly not be considered).

Thorough knowledge of industrial piping, structural steel grades, fasteners, valves, and offshore coating/preservation standards.

Strong proficiency in material control software, Excel, and inventory management systems.
