🚀 We Are Hiring: Technical Operations Auditor

📠Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (with field visits to project sites and operational facilities)
🢠Department: Internal Audit
ⳠExperience: 5–8 Years
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
👤 Reports To: Internal Audit Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to conduct technical and operational audits of construction projects and business operations. Previous internal audit experience is not mandatory, and training on audit methodologies will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
âœ”ï¸ Conduct technical and operational audits as per the Internal Audit Plan
âœ”ï¸ Review project progress, productivity, schedules, and budget compliance
âœ”ï¸ Verify executed quantities against drawings, BOQs, and progress payment certificates
âœ”ï¸ Analyze causes of delays, cost overruns, and reduced productivity
âœ”ï¸ Review heavy equipment utilization, downtime, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs
âœ”ï¸ Assess crusher and asphalt plant operations, material consumption, and wastage
âœ”ï¸ Review transportation operations and resource utilization
âœ”ï¸ Verify materials received, issued, consumed, and remaining at sites
âœ”ï¸ Review subcontractor performance and contractual compliance
âœ”ï¸ Conduct field visits and prepare audit reports with evidence and practical recommendations

Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
✅ 5–8 years of experience in the construction industry (Project Controls, Cost Control, Technical Auditing, or Operational Performance Monitoring)
✅ Hands-on experience in road construction, asphalt works, and infrastructure projects
✅ Experience reviewing contracts, BOQs, payment certificates, variation orders, and subcontractor works
✅ Good knowledge of heavy equipment, crushers, and asphalt batching plants
✅ Proficiency in Excel and data analysis (Primavera P6 or MS Project preferred)
✅ Good command of Arabic and English, written and spoken

Preferred:
â­ Experience in Saudi Aramco projects or major infrastructure projects
â­ PMP or other Project Management / Cost Control certification
â­ Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers
